The Manor House is a timeless wedding venue that exudes elegance and charm. It’s only 25 mins driving from downtown Denver! With its stunning architecture, sprawling gardens, and breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains, the Manor House offers couples the perfect setting for their special day.

Located at 1 Manor House Road in Littleton, Colorado, The Manor House is a Southern-style Georgian mansion built in 1914. Originally an 8,000-square-foot residence with 20 rooms — including an 80-foot living room — the property has been hosting events since the 1930s. Today it sits on six private acres in the foothills of Ken Caryl Valley, just 25 minutes from downtown Denver and 45 minutes from Denver International Airport.
For weddings, The Manor House offers a rare combination — historic architectural charm, exclusive use of the entire property, and breathtaking 360-degree views from Red Rock formations to the Denver city skyline.
Key wedding spaces include: ·
The Outdoor Ceremony Site — A breathtaking ceremony lawn with views of Dry Creek Canyon, the foothills, and the Denver skyline in the distance ·
The Ballroom — A spacious indoor reception space with natural light, accommodating up to 200 guests for a seated dinner ·
Fireplace Rooms — Cozy, intimate spaces perfect for micro weddings or smaller celebrations ·
The Wrap-Around Porch — A classic Southern-style porch ideal for cocktail hour or quiet moments · Terrace with Fire Pits — Perfect for evening mingling and romantic after-dinner moments ·
Bridal Suite & Groom’s Room — Spacious, light-filled rooms for getting ready

The Manor House consistently ranks as one of the most beloved luxury wedding venues near Denver, and the reasons go beyond the beautiful architecture.
First, the location is unmatched. The Manor House sits just 25 minutes from downtown Denver, making it incredibly easy for guests to attend — yet the moment you arrive, you feel like you’ve escaped to a private estate in the foothills. For couples who want a “destination feel” without the destination logistics, it’s hard to beat.
Second, the privacy. When you book The Manor House, the entire six-acre property is yours. There’s no overlapping with other weddings, no shared spaces, no compromise. The day belongs entirely to you and your guests. Third, the views. Few venues in the Denver area offer the kind of dual views The Manor House delivers — the Rocky Mountains and Dry Creek Canyon on one side, the Denver city skyline on the other. It’s a setting that gives you both mountain wedding and city wedding feelings in one place.
Finally, the service. The Manor House is a full-service venue with in-house catering, bar service, and a day-of coordinator included. For couples planning a Colorado wedding, that level of support makes the planning process noticeably easier.

The Manor House is a luxury venue, and pricing reflects the level of service and experience offered. Pricing varies by season, day of the week, and guest count, but here’s a general framework based on publicly available information for 2026 and 2027:

After photographing weddings at The Manor House, I’ve come to think of it as one of the most photogenic venues in the Denver area — a true historic gem that consistently delivers across every part of the day.
The architecture and light do so much of the work. The classic Georgian exterior, wrap-around porch, stone staircase, and fireplace-lit interiors give every wedding gallery effortless character. The bridal suite and indoor reception spaces are filled with natural light, so even on overcast Colorado days, the venue
photographs beautifully.
The grounds offer dynamic backdrops in one place. Between the outdoor ceremony site with its expansive Denver and foothill views, the tree-lined paths, terrace fire pits, and garden moments — I can create real variety in your gallery without ever leaving the property.
Sunset here is unforgettable. With The Manor House sitting on elevated foothills, the golden light spilling across the Denver valley creates the kind of romantic, cinematic portraits that become the cover images of a wedding gallery. Building 20–30 minutes of couple portraits around sunset is non-negotiable for me
at this venue!
