A beautiful classic wedding in Golden // Natalie + Michael

Natalie and Michael had a classic wedding in golden and I can’t wait to share them! They are such a sweet couple from New York and came to Colorado to get married! We met a few month prior to the wedding to do the engagement session in the mountains and I was very comfortable to meet them on the wedding day!

This wedding was very meaningful and classic. Her accessories for the wedding had so many histories (some of them were very old) and I enjoyed all the special stories! Her dress is altered from her mom’s wedding dress, and it was absolutely stunning! I can’t even describe how emotional her dad got when he saw the dress on Natalie for the first time… Awe, they will cherish that moment forever, and I was so lucky to capture the sweet moments.

They had a small church ceremony and after the recessional, they drove a special vintage (1930’s) car and we got to have some pictures with it. Natalie and Michael fit right in with the classic car of course and I’ve got some great portraits of them.

Their reception was at The Rose in Golden. The Rose event offers a variety of indoor/outdoor spaces to celebrate any ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner or engagement party. Natalie + Michael had about 210 guests, and I personally think it is max. guests for a wedding since the couple couldn’t see guests from the second floors.

The Rose had a few bars set up, and the second floor was great that you could look down at the entire venue space. They offer lots of amenities, and you can customize as you would like!
