Dating back to 1914, Manor House boasts a rich history that adds to its allure. Originally constructed as a private residence by John Charles Shaffer and his wife Virginia Conser. It has since been lovingly restored to its former glory, preserving its architectural splendor and old-world charm. It included 8,000 square feet and featured 20 rooms, six baths and an 80-foot-long living room with mirrored fireplaces at each end. The Shaffers hosted many prominent figures throughout the years, including President Theodore Roosevelt.
